Bottle is made with polyethylene.

Each one Aerobic Culture bottle is a closed vessel consisting of transparent cylindrical vessel and butyl rubber sealing cover, the vessel is made of PE with a carbon dioxide sensor at the bottom, there are liquid bacterium culture media and air in the vessel.

Main components of the liquid bacterium culture media:

CFA-01: peptone 10g, yeast 4g, BHI 4g, vitamin B6 0.01g, SPS 0.015g, ion adsorbing resin 4g/bottle， X factor 0.005g,CO2,O2.
